Process Natives is looking for an innovative, and experienced Automation Executive to develop, support, plan, design and execute Sales, Marketing, Knowledge Management, Customer Support and Operations process and plans for various B2B projects across different industries. You will join a results-oriented team and participate in the design, implementation, maintenance and support us to enable the business to make better, more informed decisions and save a lot of time. 

Are you a CRM and marketing automation geek? Or maybe You love project management software for operations and are super skilled at creating processes? 

We are searching for someone for a long-term as a business partner and will see Process Natives grow. Long-term goal is to become Accounts manager and train Your own assistant.

Note: We are looking for several people with this form so please just list software that You are most comfortable with. YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE EXPERT ACROSS ALL CATEGORIES. There will also be very extensive training and tests so we just search for anyone who is at least good in one category. Transparency will save time for both of us:) 


What you'll do


  • Identifies strategic opportunities, develops methodologies for automation, and manages automation projects.
  • Design and set standards for our efforts.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive several large-scale digital projects to completion including websites, branding, content, and more.
  • Inspire the client as well as your team to define and align on a collective vision.
  • Establish direction, craft guidelines, build presentation materials, and even assist with production and delivery when required.
  • Be a leader, putting the client and your team before yourself.
  • Bring a point-of-view with fresh perspectives as well as an open and curious mind in everything you do.
  • Work with little process in place, solving problems by being optimistic and proactive.



What you'll bringing

  • 3 years of experience with business automation tools across different business models
  • Knowledge of systems utilities, features, installation, and maintenance
  • Ability to integrate multiple applications and/or systems. For example, CRM and email marketing software with project management software. 
  • Confidence and talent when it comes to presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of visual design, user-centered experience design, interaction design, brand development, and the creative process.
  • A love for business processes, software and optimization.
  • A solid point-of-view and a collaborative nature. Contribution is very important to keep providing value for our customers. 
  • An entrepreneurial and independent spirit. 
  • Skills in modern design and prototyping tools.
  • Ability to lead internal teams with strategic vision and creative inspiration.
  • A diverse sense of taste with the knowledge necessary to apply to various challenges.
  • Passion for hardware, AI, and technology products.
