No. Process Natives provides digital ecosystem for internal sales and marketing operations. We don't implement or run marketing and sales, we empower your sales and marketing teams to be more productive in their strategies. For example, You are growing sales team - we won't look at your presentations or deal conversion, but we will help implement real-time AI coaching and new sales team member training system.
Before we start working, You need to have 1 stakeholder available per system. For example, Human Resource manager would be accountable work with us to map out required HR processes and be available for training. Of course, it happens, that small startups might have 1 or 2 stakeholders per all 3 systems. But we have structured, organised and engaging way to work with critical stakeholders in Your company.
